Prize Draw Rules
These rules explain the shared structure used across ENRYCH prize draws. Each draw page still controls the live details: prize, dates, caps, winner count and any draw-specific terms.
Key points
1. Draw lanes
Spark #1 is a 14-day draw with one universal free-entry route, a hard commercial-entry cap and post-close winner selection.
Spark #1 has no instant wins.
Boost is designed as a monthly Boost builder lane and may include instant reveal inventory or live-growth messaging when advertised.
2. Draw pages control live details
The relevant draw page should show the prize, opening date, closing date, entry cap, personal cap, entry routes, winner process and any important restrictions. If a draw page and these general rules differ, the clearer draw-specific wording will normally apply for that draw.
3. Valid entries
Spark #1 accepts its universal free entry, direct paid commercial entries and eligible ENRYCH-Credit-funded commercial entries. Boost may also use membership ticket-bank allocations where advertised.
Only valid entries in the draw ledger/snapshot are eligible. Entries linked to failed payments, refunds, chargebacks, abuse, duplicate accounts, ineligibility or technical error may be voided or reviewed.
4. Entry caps and odds
Draws may have total entry caps and personal caps. Odds depend on the number of valid entries in the relevant draw at close. We aim to show caps and entry counts where practical.
5. Opening and closing
Entries must be received before the draw closes. The platform may lock entries, create a snapshot and then complete winner selection.
6. Winner selection
Winner selection is intended to be random or otherwise clearly stated in the draw rules, using an auditable process. We may retain internal logs, snapshots and reports to evidence the result.
7. Winner verification
Winners may need to verify identity, age, UK residency, account ownership, payment status and eligibility before a prize is awarded.
8. Prize changes or substitutions
If a prize becomes unavailable, unlawful, unsafe, unsuitable or impossible to provide, we may substitute a prize of broadly equivalent or better value where reasonable, or apply another fair remedy.
9. Technical problems
If technical faults, payment-provider disruption, security issues or obvious errors affect a draw, we may pause, correct or rerun affected processing before a result is final, or void an affected final result and conduct a documented replacement selection while preserving the original evidence, where needed to protect fairness.
10. Publication and records
Draw results, winners and proof records may be published in line with the Winner Publication Policy and privacy rules.
Important note
These pages are designed to reflect ENRYCH’s current UK-only prize draw model, account ticket bank, free-entry route, payment proof, winner proof and audit-led operating system. Draw-specific pages may add extra conditions for individual promotions.
If anything on this page conflicts with mandatory law or statutory rights, those rights take priority.
