Entry details including draw lane, entry source, ticket/bank records, free-entry claims, entry timestamps and winner references.

Payment-related records such as Stripe/customer/session identifiers, product purchased, payment status, amount, refunds, disputes and reconciliation records. We do not store full card numbers.

Security and anti-abuse data such as IP address, device/browser signals, hashed identifiers, login attempts, duplicate patterns and audit logs.

Support and complaint messages, including any information you send us voluntarily.

Winner fulfilment details such as identity/eligibility checks, address/contact details for prize delivery and winner-publication preferences.

We may retain limited audit records after account closure where needed for legal, financial, security or draw-integrity reasons.

You may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent depending on the data and reason for processing.

9. Marketing

Service emails about accounts, payments, entries, draw results, security and important legal updates are not marketing and may still be sent where needed.
