1. Who we are

These terms apply to enrychliving.co.uk and any ENRYCH public pages, account pages, membership pages, prize draw pages and free-entry routes unless a draw-specific rule clearly says otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To use ENRYCH and enter draws you must be aged 18 or over, resident in the United Kingdom, able to provide accurate account and contact details, and not be prohibited from entering by law, your employment, our rules, or any draw-specific restrictions.

We may ask for reasonable proof of identity, age, eligibility, address, payment ownership or account ownership before awarding a prize.

Employees, contractors, suppliers or close family members involved in running, administering, verifying or drawing a specific promotion may be excluded from that promotion where required for fairness.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.

One person should not operate multiple accounts to bypass entry limits, free-entry limits, referral terms, instant-win limits or abuse checks.

We may pause, review, restrict or close accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, payment misuse, duplicate accounts, automated entry, false information, chargeback abuse or any attempt to interfere with the platform.

4. Memberships

Memberships provide recurring account benefits according to the live tier shown at the point of joining. Spark #1 uses the universal free-entry rule rather than tier bonus entry bundles; recurring membership entry allocations are focused on Boost.

Recurring Boost membership entries are credited to your account ticket bank first. Spark free entry is handled separately under the live Spark and free-entry rules.

Founders or Founders+ benefits, where offered, are promotional launch memberships. Benefits continue only while the relevant subscription stays active and paid, unless the live offer states otherwise.

You can cancel future subscription billing through the available account or payment-provider route. Cancellation does not normally reverse entries already validly used, unless required by law or payment-provider rules.

5. Paid extra entries

Paid extra-entry packs are optional. They are intended to add entries directly to the selected draw lane shown at checkout or on the draw page.

Prices, bundle sizes, entry caps and availability are shown before purchase. If a pack cannot be fulfilled because a draw is closed, capped, voided or unavailable, we may apply an appropriate account credit, replacement entry route, refund or manual resolution.

6. Free entry route

A no-purchase entry route is available for eligible draws. The free-entry route must not give a worse chance of winning than a paid entry once the entry is valid and accepted.

Free entries may require an account so that we can verify eligibility, prevent duplicates, apply draw caps and contact winners.

Free-entry claims may be reviewed for abuse, duplicate use, automation, false details, ineligible territory, under-age use or attempts to bypass limits.

7. Draw operation

Each draw may have an opening date, closing date, total entry cap, personal cap, prize description, winner count, draw method and fulfilment details.

Valid entries are taken from the draw ledger/snapshot at the relevant draw stage. Entries may be excluded if they are void, duplicate, unpaid, refunded, charged back, under review, linked to abuse or otherwise invalid under these terms.

Winner selection is intended to use an auditable process with records retained for review. The published winner proof/report may show draw ID, date, prize, winner reference and relevant proof details without exposing private personal data.

8. Prizes

Prize details are shown on the relevant draw page. Cash, account credit, gift cards, experiences, partner prizes or other prizes may be used depending on the draw.

Prizes are subject to availability, verification, legal restrictions and reasonable substitution where needed. Any substitute should be of broadly equivalent or better value where reasonably possible.

Prizes are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing. Taxes, personal costs, travel, insurance, setup costs or usage costs are the winner’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise.

9. Winners

Winners must respond within the timeframe given in the winner message or draw rules. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails verification, is ineligible, refuses the prize or breaches the rules, we may hold or void the affected award and, where the rules permit, run a documented replacement selection that preserves the original result and audit evidence.

We may publish limited winner information to prove that draws are real, while protecting private details. More detail is set out in the Winner Publication Policy.

10. ENRYCH Initiative and Win It Forward

Some ENRYCH activity may support community, good-cause or real-world impact work under the ENRYCH Initiative or Win It Forward model.

Any initiative allocation, winner-directed support or partner-supported activity will be handled according to the live campaign wording, available funds and any legal, tax, safeguarding or operational checks required.

11. Refunds, failed payments and chargebacks

Failed, disputed, refunded or charged-back payments may lead to related entries, benefits, instant wins, referrals, loyalty points or prizes being paused, reversed, voided or reviewed.

Refund handling may depend on the product, timing, payment provider rules, consumer law and whether entries/benefits have already been used.

12. Platform changes

We may update platform features, pricing, draw structure, entry limits, membership benefits, legal wording or operational rules where needed for fairness, compliance, security, sustainability or technical reasons.

Material changes should be made clear where they affect active customers or live promotions.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights.

We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, unavailable networks, payment-provider disruption, incorrect customer details, unauthorised account access caused by your own security failure, or third-party platform outages.

For support or complaints, contact contact@enrychliving.co.uk. Please include your account email, draw name, payment/reference ID where available, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Complaints are handled under the Complaints Policy and may be reviewed against payment records, entry ledgers, snapshots, audit logs and published draw rules.
