Boost Instant Terms
Boost may include instant prizes alongside the Boost main draw. Every eligible Boost entry receives its own unique draw ticket number and sealed instant pack. The pack reveals a result already linked to that ticket; opening it does not generate or change the result.
Key points
1. Ticket numbers and instant packs
Every eligible Boost entry receives a unique ENRYCH ticket number. This includes eligible free entries, paid/commercial entries and valid banked membership entries.
Each eligible issued Boost ticket receives one sealed instant pack in the user reveal area. The pack is a reveal interface only; it does not perform a new prize draw when opened.
2. Pre-generated winning ticket numbers
Before Boost is made live, ENRYCH generates and records the instant-winning ticket-number positions against the approved prize inventory and configured ticket-number pool.
When an eligible ticket is issued, the system checks that exact ticket number against the pre-generated map. A matching ticket has the corresponding instant prize attached to its pack; a non-matching ticket has a no-instant-win result attached.
The winning-number plan must not be silently reshuffled after eligible reveal rows have been created. Material pre-launch inventory changes require the plan to be regenerated before entries open.
3. Inventory and unawarded prizes
Instant prizes are limited by the active inventory configured for that Boost cycle. Once the available quantity of a prize has been attached to issued winning tickets, that quantity cannot be awarded again.
A winning-number position that is never issued to an eligible ticket is not redistributed or automatically handed out when the draw closes. If an eligible issued ticket already has an instant prize attached, that result remains attached to the ticket even if the customer opens the visual pack later.
4. Bonus-entry prizes
Where an instant prize is a bonus Boost entry, one Boost entry is added to the winner’s ticket bank after the winning pack is opened and validated. It can then be used through the normal eligible Boost banked-entry route.
A banked entry created from an instant-win prize does not create another instant pack when it is released into a draw. This prevents recursive bonus-entry reveals.
5. Claiming and fulfilment
Cash, gift cards, partner prizes or other manual prizes may require identity, eligibility and payment/source checks before fulfilment.
Account-based prizes may be fulfilled automatically where the live prize type supports it. Claim and fulfilment status is recorded in ENRYCH audit records.
6. Voids and reviews
Instant wins linked to failed payments, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, ineligibility, abuse, ticket voids or technical manipulation may be held, voided or reviewed.
7. Technical faults
If a pack display or reveal request fails, ENRYCH may review the immutable ticket, winning-number map, inventory and audit records. A display fault does not create a new chance or reroll the ticket result.
