Membership Terms

1. Membership tiers

ENRYCH may offer public tiers such as Core, Plus and Max, and launch tiers such as Founders and Founders+. The live price and benefits are shown at the point of joining.

2. Entry allocation

Spark #1 does not use tier-based membership bonus-entry bundles. Active eligible members receive the same universal Spark free entry, subject to the live rules.

Recurring membership bonus entries are allocated to the Boost ticket bank and can be used for eligible Boost draws. Optional auto-use may be available where enabled in your account.

3. Billing

Memberships are recurring subscriptions billed by the payment provider at the interval and price shown at checkout.

If payment fails, membership benefits may pause, expire or be retried according to provider rules and ENRYCH settings.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not normally remove entries already validly used in a draw or reverse prizes already awarded unless there is abuse, failed payment, refund, chargeback or legal requirement.

5. Founders and Founders+

Founders launch benefits are promotional and limited. They continue only while the subscription remains active and paid, unless the live offer clearly states a different rule.

If a Founders subscription is cancelled, refunded, charged back, allowed to lapse or materially breached, Founders benefits may end.

6. Changes to membership

We may adjust benefits, naming, entry volumes, account features or pricing for new customers. For existing subscribers, material changes should be communicated where required.

7. Account credits and loyalty

Loyalty points, account credit and promotional benefits may have separate rules, expiry, abuse controls and redemption limits.
