- Campaign dates, entry mechanics, prize commitments and winner process where applicable
- Responsibilities for employee/team eligibility, payroll and tax handling where relevant
- Content approvals, intellectual-property permissions and permitted usage
- Privacy, data handling and any workforce-facing notices required for the campaign
- Cancellation, suspension, non-payment and mid-cycle exit arrangements
- Operational approvals and the conditions that must be satisfied before public launch
